The Land Use Committee has developed the "Unofficial Guide to Land Use in the Town of Chevy Chase" that outlines and explains the local rules governing development activities in the town. It is intended to provide town residents an easy-to-use, non-technical manual explaining the basic Town requirements relevant to construction and landscaping activities on your property.
